Bakasana (Crow Pose) Tutorial

Last year at this time I was  preparing for my 2nd surgery to remove pins/wires from my broken elbow.  This year I’m gaining my strength back and balancing my weight on that very elbow! If I can do it, so can you! Bakasana (crow pose) is one of my favorites. Below is a short video tutorial to help you set up to practice your Bakasana. This pose requires a lot of core strength and it will not happen overnight but keep practicing and you’ll be rockin’ your Bakasana in no time.
